I am going to test these supplements, that are supposed to improve your skin, hair and nails. I just want strong nails, which is the main reason I’m going to try this. What is the secret of these pills, and what do they promise?
The glass bottle says: Beauty from inside. So everybody with a nasty character, please get these pills so you finally have the chance to become a good person. Ha ha ha. Ok so let’s look at the ingredients:
Alright, so next to a lot of vitamins (C, E, B6, B2, A, B12, B1) it also contains folic acid (which is vitamin B9), iron, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), and zinc. As you can see on the percentages next to the amounts, most of them are more than 100% of what a person usually should take a day. So what I don’t understand is why do they recommend to take 2 pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening?
For example, the vitamin B6 is dosed with 3,2 mg in 1 pill, which is already 229% of the advised amount a day. So why would I take 358% more than needed?
Like I said at the beginning, it promises an even skin tone, healthy hair, and STRONG NAILS! That’s what I’m going for.
So here are my nails at day 1. Short, brittle, fragile. As you can see my index finger just broke. I’ll update you after 2, 4 and 8 weeks, as it tells that after 8 weeks you should be able to see the final results.
One bottle contains 120 pills, so it should last for 2 months, and it costs €9,95 at DM.
Have you ever tried a similar type of supplements, and did it work for you?
