I think I don’t need to explain most of you what Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream is, but for those who don’t know: this is a greasy cream that makes your lips softer than any lip balm or vaseline does. If you want to read and see more of the 8 hour cream, or if you’re curious what those pink lips have to do with it, then read along.
Ok first on to the pink lips, that’s a tube squeezer! I got it from my sister, they came in a set of 2 so I also have a red one, which I currently use for my toothpaste. They’re great to squeeze that last bit of product out of a tube, and my old tube of 8 hour cream is aaaalmost empty. It lasted for about 3 years!
So the product comes in a 50 ml tube, which seems like not so much but actually it’s a lot. Like I said, my last tube lasted for almost 3 years and I used it for many things like for my cuticles when they’re extreme dry, for my lips, for my feet (especially my heels can be super dry during winter), and for random dry spots on my hands or face.
The product is greasy, like vaseline but a little more “liquid”, and the skin absorbs it much better. I would definitely recommend this fragrance free edition, because I think that the original one smells really chemically weird. Elizabeth Arden also has an 8 hour cream product especially for the lips, but I tried it and I actually think it’s not as good as this cream in a tube. Go and try it if you get a chance, your sore dry lips in winter will be gone forever!
I bought mine at the duty free store for €20,00, in the states it’s a little cheaper (as usual) for $21,00 available online or at most drugstores.
